Terms of Use / Policies:
Here is s simple understandable breakdown of the major pieces of our terms of use
/ operating policies without the legalese. Use of any of our products and services
constitutes acceptance of all formal policies.

- Spam, Copyright, and Inappropriate content:
Spam is a huge worldwide problem and your don't want you business tagged as a spammer.
All blast emails should contain appropriate content and be sure to use list servers
to manage customer permission and preferences. Inappropriate content on websites
or in communications will not be tolerated. Use of inappropriate content will result
in the immediate suspension of services. Standard copyright provisions apply as
well. If you borrow content from other parties or sites be sure to obtain permission
or give credit where it is due by referencing the original source of the content.
- Reserved Maintenance Windows: We strive to maintain 24x7x365 availability however
regular maintenance is required to keep all systems operating properly and securely.
Most maintenance is performed late in the evening or on weekends however official
maintenance windows are all hours outside of 8A to 5P M-F CST and holidays.
- FuzeData puts forth our best efforts to secure and backup all customer data; however
it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper backup, maintenance, integrity,
and security of all customer data.
- Payment for subscription services are generally due at least one month in advance.
Billings are NET 10.
Payment for all hardware, traditional software licensing, and other out of pocket
costs are generally due up front.
Select services and on site installation require scheduled "true-up" reporting.
- Payment penalties: We prefer not to have to utilize the following measures:
A $5.00 processing fee is automatically imposed on open invoices older than 30 days
to cover costs associated with reminder procedures. Invoices open beyond 45 days
will result in suspension of services until payment is made. In the case of true-up
products we are left with no choice but to report the customer to the appropriate
auditing authorities.
- FuzeData is not responsible for standard Force Majuere items. (Acts of God)
- In the event of a legal dispute FuzeData can only be responsible for a maximum penalty
equal to the customer's actual payments for sevices made in the 6 months previous
to the date of the legal complaint.
All legal disputes shall be settled by the justice system in Racine County, WI.
