Systems Monitoring Overview:
Every computer system in use today is only good to us if it is running
properly.
Here at FuzeData we understand that unscheduled downtime is simply not acceptable.
Therefore most of our services come with some degree of monitoring to ensure quality
and system availability.
Select Managed services like Managed Firewalls come with a higher degree of monitoring
already included.
For those of you serious about performance we have some additional monitoring services
available.
These services can be used to remotely monitor services at your business location
even if you have no other FuzeData services.
Most commonly we are asked to monitor
the following items:
- Public Internet connections
- Availability of individual websites or webpages
- Email and FTP services
FuzeData has made a committment to continue expanding
our monitoring toolsets.
Overtime you will see many more monitoring options become available
to you.
Some of the major monitoring solution sets currently slated for testing are Microsoft's
SMS, MOM, and WSUS along with the well known Altiris Total Management Suite.
